How do a book a session?
All of your sessions will be booked by your instructor.
You will have the contact info of your instructor if you need to cancel or reschedule.
(Please be aware of the studio’s 24 hour cancellation policy)
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothing:
Long pants or tights preferred
Any type of workout shirt or t-shirt
No zippers, snaps, etc. (These might get caught on equipment or scratch the upholstery.)
If you wear shorts, please be certain to wear bike shorts underneath, as your legs will be up in the air!
Am I in good enough shape to do Pilates?
Everyone can do Pilates. The intention of Pilates is to increase strength and flexibility. Everyone has a different starting point. The great thing about Pilates is that the method can be as beginner or advanced as needed.
